CLINIC INFORMATION
Wini Schaedel, ARNP, provides a monthly outpatient
Diabetes Clinic at the Conference Center located at 204
West Main, Hill City. Ms. Schaedel specializes in
diabetes care and education. Appointments are through
physician referral and are scheduled through Jolyn Mauck in Administration. If you have any questions,
please contact Nichole Bryant or your Primary Care
Physician. |
Wini Schaedel, ARNP sees patients at
the Conference Center on Mondays. She puts out her own
yearly schedule. New Patients are given the pink medical
history and blue medication flow sheet. A referral is
needed for this clinic. Clinic is an all day event.
