The Graham County Hospital has a Home Health Agency which may assist you with certain treatments at home.  Home Health care is an economic alternative to traditional health care delivery.  Often times as a patient, you need nursing and health services but don't need to be in a hospital.  Home Health care offers and alternative of skilled nursing care in your own comfortable home environment and at much less cost.  Your physician and the Home Health professionals work together to develop a care program to meet your needs.  The program strives to restore and maintain your health and help you become independent again.  If necessary, we help and train you to live with the effects of illness and disability.  Our staff consists of Registered Nurses, Certified Home Health Assistants, and Physical Therapist.
