physical therapy department

The Graham County Hospital Physical Therapy Department s directed by a Licensed Physical Therapist who supervises three Physical Therapist Assistants and one Physical Therapy Technician.  Our department works with regional physicians in assisting patients to restore motion, strength, and function, relieve pain, promote healing, and rebuild their confidence. Patients of all ages receive services from our department whether the patients are in the hospital, homebound, or come in for outpatient services.  Along with traditional modalities, our department utilizes manual therapy techniques and advanced exercise programs to aid patients in their recovery and help them achieve their goals.  A new service offered by our department s therapeutic massage.  Licensed personnel provide massages to the general public in a private, quiet, relaxing atmosphere.
